Fuji Japanese Restaurant

We were in Callaway the other day at lunch time.  We were looking for a place to have lunch.  We noticed that a new Japanese Restaurant, named Fuji, had opened up.  It is located at 232 South Tyndall Parkway.  We decided this was worth a try.  We went in and took a look at the buffet bar before deciding to eat.  I noticed there were over 20 different types of sushi, and the bar is stocked with delicious smelling and looking dishes.

 

We get a seat and I start on the sushi bar.  I think it was some of the best sushi I have had in this town.  The Chef was making it fresh.  My husband who never eats sushi, tried a few pieces, he was surprised that they were tasteful. 

 

I moved on to the rest of the buffet and had some of the other Japanese dishes that were offered.  The food was delightful.  My husband had the Mongolian BBQ.  He thought it had a great selection and was prepared to the way he liked it.

 

I hope you will give this Restaurant a try.  I am sure you will be pleased.
